Serena Williams will play her fourth-round match Sunday against 2008 French Open champion Ana Ivanovic. Three-time defending champion Novak Djokovic plays Fabio Fognini in an afternoon match on Rod Laver Arena.

Williams has been irrepressible, losing just 12 games in emphatic straight-sets wins over Ashleigh Barty, Vesna Dolonc and Daniel Hantuchova.

But if Ivanovic's Friday performance against Samantha Stosur is anything to go by, Williams' fourth-round match could be a memorable one.

Ivanovic, No. 14 in world rankings, is riding high after coming back from a set down to defeat Stosur in what she described as one of the most satisfying wins of her career.

Williams won't want to take Ivanovic lightly.

Dellacqua, 28, turned back the clock this week, much to the delight of the Melbourne crowds, to equal her best performance at a grand slam in reaching the fourth round — a feat she last achieved at the 2008 Australian Open.

Bouchard, 19, won her three matches in straight sets. She will be sure to make Dellacqua earn it to become the first Australian woman to reach the final eight at the first grand slam of the year since Jelena Dokic did so in 2009 — also as a wild card.

In other women's action on Sunday, fourth seed Li Na takes on Russia's Ekaterina Makarova and ninth seed Angelique Kerber  meets Italian Flavia Pennetta.

In the men's competition, third seed David Ferrer has a tricky encounter with Germany's Florian Mayer.

Perhaps the most intriguing men's clashes on Sunday see seventh seed Tomas Berdych do battle with South African Kevin Anderson and eighth seed Stanislas Wawrinka play the resurgent Tommy Robredo.
