Pearce was at the celebration in Sydney, at which the video showed him making advances towards a woman which were rejected.

The video then shows the 26-year-old turning his attention to the canine, and simulating a sex act with it, saying: " I just want to f— your dog, I don’t even care any more."
The owner of the dog then accused Pearce of urinating on himself and her couch before him to leave.
The Sydney Roosters, Mitchell’s current team, released a short statement in the wake of the video circulating on the Internet:
“The Sydney Roosters are aware of an incident involving Mitchell Pearce. The Club has advised the NRL’s Integrity Unit. The club will conduct an internal investigation and will be making no further comment at this time.”
An NRL statement said the competition’s Integrity Unit is being tasked with assisting the Roosters in making sure the matter is dealt with appropriately. The incident took place after the Roosters players attended a club-sanctioned Australia Day boat cruise on Sydney Harbour.
Several major bookmakers suspended betting on the Roosters’ opening NRL clash with South Sydney on March 6 In the immediate aftermath of the scandal.
The incident follows an infamous scandal with a woman in a yellow dress from 2014 which saw Pearce kicked out of a pub in Sydney.
