In a GQ article detailing the history of Obama’s pickup basketball game, it was revealed the president made fun of Noah’s, um, peculiar shooting technique when Noah was a member of the Bulls. The alleged exchange happened in 2010 after Obama invited several NBA players to play in a game of pickup in honor of his 49th birthday.
Per Obama’s former senior adviser David Axelrod:
To be fair, Noah’s technique is really, really peculiar.
