A former manager for the school’s acrobatics and tumbling team, Lozano said she reported the first alleged assault, which she says occurred on March 6, 2014, to running backs coach Jeff Lebby. She later informed her supervisor LaPrise Harris-Williams, who passed the information on to senior women’s administrator Nancy Post.
The lawsuit claims Post “completely disregarded” Lozano’s complaint and that nothing else was ever done.

Baylor wasn’t alone in failing to take action, according to the documents. The alleged second and third incidents happened during April 2014, the second of which required medical attention. She was told police would look into incidents, but never heard back from the department.
Baylor’s sexual assault scandal led to the firing of football coach Art Briles and the resignations of school president Ken Starr, athletic director Ian McCaw, and Title IX coordinator Patty Crawford.
