Baylor Player All I Wanted Was To Play The Game I Loved

He sent out a series of tweets criticizing the NCAA after a fellow Baylor football player was kicked off the team.

Silas Nacita posted a response shortly after Oakman’s comments, further explaining his situation:

Nacita, a walk-on back who goes by the nickname “Salsa Nacho”, was kicked off the team for accepting impermissible benefits in the form of housing, according to reports. ESPN’s David Smoak also reported the back is no longer on the team. 

Sports Illustrated ran a profile on Nacita back in December about how he used to be homeless.
