Baylor’s heaviest secret weapon (two catches for two TDs in 2015), told SB Nation he’s talked to “a couple people” in the professional wrestling industry and hopes to give it a shot after his football days are over.

“I’ve watched it on TV. I’ve thought about, ‘What would be something good or something that I would enjoy doing for a decent, for a long period of time?’” he said. “For big guys in the NFL, they really don’t last that long.”
He just needs an alter ego.
“I’ve been thinking, and I can’t come up with a nickname,” he said. “But I’ll get one. It’ll be the best nickname you’ve got out there, too.”
Still, the NFL is Plan A for McGowan, who may be worth a flyer as an undrafted free agent or late-round pick. Professional football often caters to monstrous athletic men.
”I highly doubt that I won’t get in and get on a team. To me, it’s a must. Like, I have to get to the NFL," he said. “I have to get there, for me, because I’ve been doing this for so long,” he said. “Why stop now?”
If neither the NFL or WWE proves to be his calling, McGowan has his degree in health, kinesiology and leisure studies to fall back on and become the world’s largest gym teacher.
