That should certainly be reflected next week: Not only will longtime commissioner Jim Delany preside over his final Big Ten Media Days, it will also be the first since 2011 without Urban Meyer in attendance (considering what happened last year, it might be a quieter affair overall). That still begs the question: Is Ryan Day able to step into the giant shoes Meyer left, or will Jim Harbaugh and Michigan be able to take advantage of that transition? Also: Can the conference make it back to the College Football Playoff after missing it the last two seasons?
